Whether you are a complete beginner or just want to improve your culinary skills, why not come along to our weekly cooking demonstrations with UWE's head chef?
Get expert guidance, free tasters and a free step-by-step recipe card every week. At this cooking demo we will be cooking Langoustines with herb aioli and banana, and rasberry and ricotta cheesecake as part of Feel Good February.
Try the free tasters at the end of the session and if you like what you try, take away a free recipe card for each recipe to try yourself at home.
How to attend
No need to register, just turn up to Onezone, Frenchay Campus at 17:00.
Don't forget as part of Feel Good February you can collect a stamp for attending this cookery demo. Just turn up and a member of staff will stamp your loyalty card for you.
