Led by one of our Health Psychology Masters students this CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) based programme helps people to enhance their mental health. Getting a good night's sleep is one of the most helpful things you can do and yet a surprising number of people find it very difficult to do. Staff and students welcome.
