Led by one of our Health Psychology Masters students this CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) based programme helps people to enhance their mental health. Even people who eat too much can be having an insufficient amount of nutrients needed to keep them emotionally and physically healthy. Staff and students welcome.
