Tue 02 February 2016 13:15-14:15
Room 1F7, Bower Ashton Campus
The central philosophy of Human Potential Life Coaching is the practise of “being present” with all that arises in the here and now, both for coach and person being coached. From such awareness, the person being coached is asked powerful and relevant questions as part of the constructive coaching conversation.
From reflection and personal insights gained; manageable actions for personal and professional change in relation to work, creative study and of the self are engaged with by the client. Most importantly after each session, the coach provides recommendations and tailored made resources to support the client to make relevant and appropriate change.
Uniquely, clients are encouraged to work with greater awareness of the sensations that arise in their body thus promoting a more connected and holistic approach to working with the mind, body and heart in the coaching process.
