Join us from 9am until 11am at Bower Students' Union for a free hot breakfast, friendly chats, and support information. These Disabled Action events are open to all students identifying as disabled (including mental health difficulties, Specific Learning Disabilities, and chronic illness), as well as allies looking for an inclusive space – everyone’s welcome!
Our Disabled Students' Officer, as well as staff from UWE Library and the SpLD Support service, will be present to give casual advice and support. If you would like to keep in touch about future events and support for disabled students, please feel free to join our Mailing List.

Please note all of The Students' Union events are designed to be COVID secure and as accessible as possible with step free/wheelchair access, seating, quiet places, and vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options and allergen information avaliable on request. Covid-19 Policy
We want our student community and staff to feel supported, confident and safe when running and attending events. We also want to be able to deliver a full programme of events and services throughout the academic year to enhance the student experience. This is why, in line with university policy, we are retaining some Covid-19 measures and will be asking attendees to either:
