Join us in The Students' Union at Glenside for a relaxed, informal 'Be Mindful' workshop.
This will be a super-chilled drop-in session, where you'll be able to get to grips with mindfulness, pick up practical tips and learn coping strategies - or simply relax with free refreshments and friendly chats!
We'll have a range of breakfast rolls and pastries (including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options) available for you to enjoy during the event.
You'll also have the chance to meet advisers from UWE Wellbeing and The Students' Union's Advice Centre, as well as your Men’s Welfare Officer (Callum) and your Vice President Community & Welfare (Rania).
