Falun Gong, also known as Falun Dafa, is an ancient traditional practice of mind and body cultivation methods founded on the universal principals of Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance. The practice consists of four simple standing qigong exercises and a seated meditation exercise, along with the cultivation of the mind and heart to value virtue, endure hardships and relinquish harmful attachments, improving moral character.
