Want to get back into running, or just work to improve your fitness? This 6 week course will take you from your current running ability through to being able to run 5km after 6 weeks.
These sessions are led by qualified Run Leaders. Over the 6 weeks you will be fully supported through each session, and provided with training materials for the duration of the course.
In order to take part in this session you must be an Off The Wall member (you can sign up here).
Sign up for this session will open on Monday 16th January at 12 noon. A £10 deposit per person is required to secure your place, refunds are given upon completion of the course.
