Boxercise is one of the most effective forms of aerobic training. It helps to increase general muscle tone and fitness, whilst also improving balance, timing and hand-eye co-ordination. This class combines all that with circuits, creating an ultimate workout session.
The first session in February (2nd Feb) is free all other session will require an Off the Wall membership (£20 for the year) which gives you access to all other Off the Wall activities.
You only need one stamp on the Feel Good February loyalty card to be in with the chance of winning a prize! Simply collect your loyalty card from any UWE Info Point or SU office, get a stamp at each activity you attend and then hand your card back in by 5th March!
