ABOUT SALLY: Sally is a CNHC-registered nutritional therapist who has travelled the world studying the healthiest populations on the planet. As well as The Stacking Plan, she is the author of The Live-Longer Diet and 50 Secrets of the World’s Longest-Living People, which has been translated into 10 diferent languages and was said by Yoko Ono to be one of seven books which ‘made a diference’ to her life. Sally has lectured on the subject of anti-ageing and is the nutrition columnist for Juno parenting magazine. Her Stacking Plan is featured on Psychologies Magazine’s Life Labs channel.
