Mindfulness can be used as a tool to manage your wellbeing and mental health. This session with Jacqui Oxenham will include a guided mindfulness session. See how calm and relaxed you feel afterwards!
Don’t forget you only need one stamp on the Feel Good February loyalty card to be in with the chance of winning a prize! Simply collect your loyalty card from any UWE Info Point or SU office, get a stamp at each activity you attend and then hand your card back in by 5th March!
