Running doesn’t have to be hard. And it doesn’t have to hurt. In this free taster session, Hannah Kirkman, Certified Chi Running instructor from BlueSkyRunning, will show how learning to relax and align your body better, while moving from your centre and getting a little assistance from gravity, can help you run more easily, more efficiently and with less risk of getting injured. The session will include plenty of simple demos and exercises, and will finish with a 20 – 30 minute jog/run at an easy pace where you’ll get the chance to put it all into practice.
Don’t forget you only need one stamp on the Feel Good February loyalty card to be in with the chance of winning a prize! Simply collect your loyalty card from any UWE Info Point or SU office, get a stamp at each activity you attend and then hand your card back in by 5th March!
