Now that mindfulness meditation is becoming more widely known, many misunderstandings are common. This lunchtime session will outline what mindfulness is, and what it isn’t. Christine, a UK registered mindfulness teacher and counselling psychologist, will also offer a guided meditation and information about learning how to practice mindfulness.
Don’t forget you only need one stamp on the Feel Good February loyalty card to be in with the chance of winning a prize! Simply collect your loyalty card from any UWE Info Point or SU office, get a stamp at each activity you attend and then hand your card back in by 5th March!
