Learn some simple and effective meditation techniques to help you still your mind and find your inner calm and poise. Suitable for beginners or those with previous experience, no special equipment or clothing is needed, you just need to be able to sit comfortably for about an hour. The class will be given by the Sri Chinmoy Centre, which has been teaching free meditation classes in Bristol for over 30 years.
Don’t forget you only need one stamp on the Feel Good February loyalty card to be in with the chance of winning a prize! Simply collect your loyalty card from any UWE Info Point or SU office, get a stamp at each activity you attend and then hand your card back in by 5th March!
