If you would like to know more about how to find greater balance and contentment in life, come and join this workshop to try out meditation!
Viktoria is a qualified instructor teaching a broad spectrum of meditation techniques (breathing, body scan, walking meditation; visualisation, contemplation, mantra, chanting, mindfulness) - and will be giving a taster of meditation at this 1 hour workshop.
