Our emotional resilience workshops are led by students to help you develop the confidence you need to succeed at university and in life. You'll learn 7 key skills of emotional resilience and be ready to tackle any challenges that come your way.
We've created a short video outlining what happens at an emotional resilience workshop.
Why attend?
Throughout your time at university you'll face many challenges – like meeting new people, delivering presentations, taking exams and juggling your social life.
Looking after your mental wealth and building your emotional resilience is the best way to tackle these challenges so that they don't become overwhelming.
Our emotional resilience workshops are run by current students who know exactly what university life is like. They'll help you understand the situations you're facing and share techniques that you can use to manage challenges. It also touches on how to better understand those who are going through mental health difficulties.
You'll be able to use the skills you learn throughout your time at university and after you graduate – so come along!
