Stress-busting for World Mental Health Day

Across the week of World Mental Health Day, The Students’ Union at UWE are hosting sessions and speaking to students across the campuses, discussing the importance of self-care and how to manage your mental wellbeing and recognise mental health symptoms. 

Join as Glenside for a range of stress-busting activities: mindfulness colouring, Play-Doh, puzzles, games and Lego. The Care Forum, a local organisation, who offer courses, volunteering opportunities, mental health-related events, etc. which aim to help people to maintain their health and wellbeing and care for themselves as well as each other will have a stand in The SU Bar at Glenside between 12:00-14:00.
