Meet at Students' Union Building 1 Reception
Join us for our monthly gardening session – but with a twist! We’ve teamed up with Bug Life to build insect habitats, a brand new pollinator bed and a small wildlife meadow! Don't miss it!
The Community Garden provides a regular opportunity for both experienced and new gardeners to get involved in their green campus and grow their own fruit and vegetables for free. By producing our own fruit and veg we are minimising our environmental impact and reducing food miles (and eating really tasty food, of course). The garden is situated in a beautiful and quiet corner of the campus, allowing you to take a well-needed break from the fast-paced, noisy, environment that can accompany student life.
Please meet us at The Students' Union Building 1 main reception at midday, where we will guide you down to the gardening session.
Please note that due to campus building works there is restricted disabled access to the community garden. If you have special access needs and want to visit the garden, please send our staff an email (thegreenteam@uwe.ac.uk) to let us know in advance.
