On Time to Talk Day, we want to change how we have conversations and open up about our mental health. In this workshop, learn about what mental health actually means and how we can support our family/friends who might be in need of our help and also how to look after your own wellbeing. This session will be led by the Young Champions, who have all had personal lived experience of mental health problems, and will be giving an insight into what the importance of talking can do in changing someone's life.
This workshop is open to both staff and students. It's totally free to attend but you'll need to sign up in advance here: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/TLXMG6C
