Our most popular class returns for 2019/20! Our Yoga instructor Georgia talks to us about her sessions; “People come to Yoga for all kinds of reasons; to release stress, to connect the body to the mind, for exercise, and even just to take some time for themselves. My background in Zen Yoga allows me to combine traditional techniques with my own flair; we laugh, stretch and relax through the classes together!
"There are many misconceptions about Yoga, one being that you have to be flexible, you do not. Yoga will increase flexibility and overall wellbeing. Through the combination of physical movements and breathing exercises, we move through the classes together before finishing with relaxation, allowing you to leave refreshed and relaxed.”
These sessions are suitable for beginners and intermediates.
