Vanessa Lloyd is a Bristol-based environmental consultant and conservationist who is currently working with the Sea Watch Foundation as the Regional Sightings Coordinator for Somerset and Exmoor.  She has previously studied an MSc in Environmental Consultancy at UWE, has volunteered with Avon Wildlife Trust on the South West Crayfish Project, and has worked as an ecological field surveyor for Keystone Environmental LTD and as a freelance consultant for Devon and Severn Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Authority.

The Wildlife and Environment Society invite you to join Vanessa for her Surveying for Marine Mammals Webinar, as part of this semester's virtual society events!  Following Vanessa's presentation you will have the opportunity to ask plenty of questions.

The link to the event, which will take place on Blackboard Collaborate, will be sent out to members via email prior.  If you are not a member but are thinking of joining the society and would like to try out this event for free, please contact us via our social media accounts, Discord server or email, and we will make sure you are sent the link to attend.

We look forward to seeing you there!
