What is Feel Good?
FEEL GOOD FEBRUARY: THE HEALTHY WAY TO KICK OFF THE YEAR!
The Feel Good programme is run by The Students' Union and UWE Bristol, and aims to get you feeling good during your time at university!
The Feel Good programme is based on four healthy behaviours for your wellbeing: relax, get active, try something new and eat well.
We strongly believe in encouraging these behaviours for all students and empowering them to make healthy choices! This is part of our wider commitment to mental health and wellbeing, with our Mental Wealth strategy.
Throughout the year, UWE Bristol runs Feel Good events in partnership with The Students’ Union and sends out monthly Feel Good Focuses, which give a range of wellbeing tips
The highlights of the Feel Good calendar are:
- Feel Good Fortnight: a healthy way to kick off University (September)
- Feel Good February: a month of free health and wellbeing activities (February)
- Feel Good for Exams: pop-up stress-busting activities during exams (May)
