Have you ever wanted to try counselling, but weren’t too sure if it would be right for you?
The Wellbeing Service are now offering drop in sessions that are 10-15 minutes long where you can get information and advice about the service and some self-help materials. All you need to do is drop into 3F (the block next to the library) fill in a short form and take a seat.
For those who may be unsure of whether the Wellbeing Service is right for you this is a perfect way to try it out. If you have been building up the courage to go to counselling for a while this is a great first step.
Sessions are held Tuesday and Thursday at Frenchay 3F between 10:00-12:30.
