Introducing your Student Representation Team for 2018/19

Your three amigos for this year are: Jessica Lenney (Senior Representation Coordinator, left), Jack Pitt (Representation Coordinator, centre) and CJ Godbold (Representation Coordinator, right).

Senior Representation Coordinator

Jess has been in-post for 5 months and oversees all aspects of academic representation. A Psychology graduate from the University of Exeter, Jess’ background is in mental health as she was a therapist for two years before joining UWE.

In her spare time, Jess likes to: be by the sea – wintery beach walks and reading a book in the sun.

FUN FACT: Jess sailed at a national level

Representation Coordinators

Jack is a UWE graduate, graduating in 2015 with a degree in Business and Management. This year, Jack will oversee the HAS and FBL faculties. Jack’s background is in sports communications, having written for Yahoo Sport and BBC Sport, whilst also working in the marketing team for London Irish and most recently heading up communications for Bristol City Women’s Football Club on behalf of Bristol Sport.

In his spare time, Jack likes to: Kick-box, get tattooed, watch and coach rugby, socialise, read, spend time with family and travel.

FUN FACT: All of Jack’s tattoos tell a story of his life so far and memorable occasions.

CJ is a recent UWE graduate, having graduated in 2018 from Drawing and Print. This year, CJ will oversee the FET and ACE faculties. During her time at UWE, when CJ wasn’t painting she was heavily involved in the student movement and in her final year she was elected as a Lead Department Rep for ACE.

In her spare time, CJ likes to: get crafty – crocheting, sewing, embroidering, painting and generally throwing glitter at things.

FUN FACT: CJ’s dog is called Noodle (don’t ask) and only has two front teeth.
