Once you have submitted the required documentation following your AGM, you will be able to book your development meeting.
Why do we hold development meetings?
This meeting allows incoming and outgoing committee members to review the previous year, plan for the coming year and for the Sports & Activities team to identify any needs that must be addressed and offer support and guidance where required.
Step 1: Set a Date
Development meetings are available to book during office hours from:
- Development Meeting Set 1: 29th Feb – 18th Mar 2016 (to include Committee Training)
- Development Meeting Set 2: 4th – 28th Apr 2016 (to include Committee Training)
We need all incoming committee members to attend.
Different clubs and societies will require different members of staff to attend, so you will need to find out which days and times are available for you to book into due to staff availability.
To find out when you can book, contact firstname.lastname@example.org or visit The Students' Union Reception.
Step 2: Book the Meeting
Once the incoming committee members have agreed a date, book your development meeting:

Step 3: Don’t Forget the Documents
The incoming and outgoing committees should work together to make sure you submit the following documents in a timely fashion to the Opportunities Department.
