Welcome to the Hiking Club!

Who are we?

Keep up to date with events, photos, more on our Facebook Page!

Formed in 2017, we are a club that celebrates nature and the outdoors.

From complete beginners to seasoned hikers, all are invited to join our adventures throughout the year.

What do we get up to?

We aim to organise fortnightly local treks/gatherings, as well as monthly trips away with a potential international trip to wrap up the summer semester. Whilst local trips are free, larger scale expeditions may require small contributions to cover transport, equipment, etc.

Why should you join?

The Hiking Club is a great way to make friends of similar interest through hiking, rambling, mountaineering, and of course plenty of socials. There is a lot to learn from the Hiking Club, such as fire building, orienteering, camping, and many more! We have fun, enjoy the outdoors and respect the envrionment. Make friends, get to know the area and increase your health and well being with the hiking society!
