Your Students’ Union is committed to inclusion as a core value. We take a zero tolerance approach to any language or behaviour that leaves students feeling harassed, bullied or discriminated against.

This includes behaviour that is: homophobic, racist, sexist, threatening, transphobic, violent, or offensive to a disabled student, a mature student or a student with a religion or belief.

We therefore operate a Safer Spaces Policy to promote inclusion as well as a positive and safe environment for all of our students and staff.

Please support us to provide an environment in which all of us can enjoy university and union spaces.

Report it!

If you have witnessed or feel you have experienced unsafe behaviour at UWE or at any of our affiliated nights, you can anonymously report it here and leave your contact details as we may get in touch for you to provide further information.
