'Move' is all about getting involved and participating in sport. Whether you are a complete beginner or an absolute pro, everyone is welcome. These sessions are open to all students, staff and members of the public – not to mention they are all super fun.
Pilates is a holistic exercise system designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the body to balance; so much more than just building a 'strong core' or 'perfect posture'. Exercises involve the whole body and are performed on a simple mat. Don't worry if you haven't ever done it before - just come along and enjoy this class taught by our great instructors Emma and Samantha.
These are open to all abilities, whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced yogi - we welcome all!
