We champion causes related to Children’s health and the nursing profession by raising awareness and encouraging student participation.
Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), also known as Doctors Without Borders, is an international humanitarian non-governmental organisation (NGO) best known for its projects in war-torn regions and developing countries affected by endemic diseases.
We are dedicated to expanding awareness of, and participation in, matters relating to mental health, wellbeing, and Mental Health Nursing as a discipline.
All are welcome to join the society to take advantage if the events we organise. Bringing people together in this way creates a great community of support for our members and keeps ideas fresh for those in practice.
By joining the Occupational Therapy Society you’ll get the chance to socialise across all three cohorts and attend a variety of events and talks to enhance your studies.
We exist to promote evidence based practice through providing and facilitating continuing professional development (CPD) events. Over the course of the year we will be hosting talks from speakers from all areas of medicine with a focus on prehospital care.
With over 100 members and the society’s third year running, we are going to make sure this is a year to remember.

Our aim is to improve pre-hospital practice through the simulation of varied and challenging scenarios.
