We know that signing up to run a 10k can be exciting and daunting, so, we have put together as much support and advice as possible to make your running journey smooth, enjoyable and successful!

Once you have registered for the 10k you will get access to:

  • Free weekly running groups led by qualified student and staff leaders. To find your perfect running group please see the table below.
  • Running training plans available for beginners and experienced runners
  • A 10k runners support Facebook group, which is a place where you can ask questions and share stories. There will be a qualified strength and conditioning coach and physio as part of the group, as well as all the fantastic run leaders.
  • You can also sign up to join the Team UWE Bristol Strava Group.
