Give some more colour to your life and join us in our mindfulness colouring sessions. Mindfulness is the ability to focus and be aware of your own present moment and accept the good with the bad. By being present in the moment we can learn to how to be calm, accept our worries and acknowledge our stresses, which in turn will make for a happier life.
