Extra Information: With the social norms around drug use, I believe the university should have a responsibility for the welfare of their students by providing ways to deal with opioid overdose. This could be done by providing Naloxone kits to trained first aiders on the SU committee, this is especially important when socials are held at nightclubs and has the potential to save someone's life.
