Information that you need to reclaim society expenses using a payment voucher.
Committee members can purchase items themselves on behalf of their club or society and have the money reimbursed from their account through a Payment Voucher Form.
When reclaiming expenses, you must fill out the Payment Voucher Form and upload your VAT receipt at the same time. Please note that only VAT receipts will be accepted.
Once you submit your claim, an email will be sent to two committee members of the society or club you are claiming from, which gives them a chance to review your claim and pause the payment if necessary.
Please note that payment vouchers claiming money for any products related to alcohol will not be accepted.
