Everyone dreams of flying. Trampolining takes you about as close as you can get. We'd love for you to come give it a try!
Trampolining is a unique sport, it involves bouncing on a trampoline to heights up to ten metres, while the athletes perform acrobatic movements such as twists and somersaults in mid-air.
We are UWE Trampolining and are excited to welcome you here to our SU Page. Trampolining is a high impact sport open to anyone and we strive to make our space inclusive and welcoming. Whether you are a complete beginner or seasoned athlete we would love to have you join the club!
Every year we provide training sessions 3 times per week! as well as social events / competitions at different universities! We regularly have events with other societies to branch out for days and nights out. We are constantly looking for more ways to engage and improve the club. We encourage all of our members to get involved and give us feedback and suggestions so we can all see this club succeed.
No experience is needed when coming to have a go! we have many new members through our doors that have never been on a proper trampoline before, many of our experienced members are qualified coaches and more than happy to help and guide you through a session!
We are currently based out of UWE Centre for Sport on Frenchay Campus with two main sessions per week and one extra for those looking to compete at BUCS.
Trampolining is a high impact sport. Please be sensible. Crops tops, jeans and jewellery cannot be worn on the trampolines! Sports attire is a must, you need to be able to move about easily. Any clothing with dangles or things that could catch in the trampoline webbing cannot be worn. If you have any queries about clothing please send us a message via Instagram or email.
