Greetings! this is Asad Zarif Awan and I am contesting for the President of the UWE Student Union. I am currently studying LL.M. here at UWE. I am going to be your voice, the loudest that anyone has ever heard, on every forum, where I get the opportunity to sit. I have an experience of teaching and I also have participated in Bar Elections by managing the campaigns of different candidates in my group in the Bar. if elected, I Pledge to take the following steps.

• Lobby for a DISCOUNTED or SUBSIDIZED SHOP within the campus  

• More NIGHTLIFE within the Campus

• Lobby for ADDITION OF BUSES during Busy hours 

• LATE NIGHT FOOD FACILITY for students living in STUDENT VILLAGE (University Hostels) 

• More HALAL and VEGETARIAN food options in all the blocks

• Lobby for INFORMATION POINT in every block During FRESHERS WEEK

• Work with the study board to add library workshops aiming to improve the skills in MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE

• Work with the study board to add more library workshops to improve the English language for INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

• Ensure GENDER EQUALITY and discourage SEXUAL HARASSMENT. A whole week will be dedicated to spread awareness. 

• INCEPTION of more regional and cultural societies so that every student gets represented.

• Work for the BEAUTIFICATION OF ALL THE CAMPUSES by maintaining the LANDSCAPES regularly.
