Join us in the Community Garden at Frenchay Campus!
The garden is in a quiet corner of campus, giving you space to take a break from screens and time to connect with nature and other students.
In this session we will be doing a variety of activities including:
- Prepare ground and plant out onion and garlic sets
- Top dress and weed Gooseberry beds and plant out some new additions
- Cut in some tree circles
- Collect and bag up large pine cones
- Sow a pot of sald to take home to your windowsill
We will be limiting the number of attendees in line with government guidance. If you would like to join us, please add a free ticket (at bottom of this page) to your basket and checkout. Please note you must get a free ticket to attend the event, we will not accept walk-ins on the day so we can manage numbers.
How to find the garden:
We will be meeting outside U block at 13:00 to walk down to the garden together. If you'd prefer to find it yourself, this map shows the route you can take from The Students' Union building (U block) to the Community Garden. It's a three-minte walk.
