Join us for a Womens History Month themed MEND session! The fantastic team from UWE Fashion Technologists will deliver a space themed mending session to honor Mary Jackson- NASA's first black female engineer!
Bring your mending and any questions or just come by for a chat. (There will also be scraps for you to practice on). Find out how with a little love and attention you can make your clothes last longer and add value and interest.
Introducing a series of mending events. Relax and enjoy the shared social experience of mending within a group. Bring along a treasured item of clothing and learn visible mending techniques whilst engaging in conversations around sustainability with our programme of exciting guest speakers.
