WHAT TO EXPECT:
Come down to Union 1, take some time out and relax from your revision during our Wellbeing week with a focus on de-stressing.
Help yourself to a range of herbal teas - just bring your own cup.
Take time out of your studies and do some mindful Mandela colouring.
Take part in our Wellbeing workshops on where you can learn some calming techniques that you can use during your exam period. There will be a mix of yoga and meditation. Tuesday 15:00 - 16:00 & Wednesday 13:00 - 14:00.
All set to the backdrop of some chilled out tunes.
