In this 1 hour workshop, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable insights, effective strategies, and essential resources to navigate the complexities of mental health through the intersection of race and cultural identity. The hope is that you leave more confident to discuss and address mental health challenges through the provision of interactive activities and a safe space to have open conversations.
The space will be facilitated by Louise (she/her), an EDI specialist passionate about mental health and inclusion.
