A fun and inclusive class for individuals with additional needs who love to dance and move to music.
This class is perfect for those who prefer a quieter environment and do not enjoy the flashing lights often used in traditional dance classes.
The music used in this class is carefully selected to be at a lower volume, making it easier for individuals with sensory sensitivities to participate comfortably.

Login to the UWE Bristol Sport app with your email and PIN number to book MOVE sessions.
If you do not know what your PIN number is you can reset it through through the MOVE section on the app or email reception.sport@uwe.ac.uk.
If you are unable to download the app, you can book sessions online - https://uwe.leisurecloud.net/joinathome
If you are a UWE gym or Active Card member you are automatically enrolled on to the MOVE programme, your PIN number will be the same as it is for your current membership. If you need a reminder of your PIN number, please email reception.sport@uwe.ac.uk.
MOVE is also open to UWE Bristol staff, their families and members of the public, details of how to join are viewable here - www.uwe.ac.uk/move.
If you need to cancel a session please ensure you do this at least 4 hours before the sessions starts.
