Coming to UWE in February 2024...the competition to end all competitions...

UWE BSL Society's Mario Kart Time Trial Tournament!

Are you lethal with a green shell? Does star power flow through your veins? Well here is your chance to prove yourself as the undisputed champion of Mario Kart!

Throughout February, we will be visiting all 3 UWE campuses and will be based in the Student’s Union on the following dates/times:
Tuesday 13th Frenchay - 11-15.00
Tuesday 20th Glenside - 11-15.00
Tuesday 27th Bower - 11-15.00
This is a drop in event so just turn up whenever you can!

For only £3, you can enter our Time Trial Tournament and try to earn yourself a place on the leader board! You can enter as many times as you like, after we have visited all three campuses, we will be awarding the top 3 fastest competitors a special Mario Kart trophy!

The aim of this event is to raise money for Sign Health - a fantastic charity which works hard to improve Deaf people's health and wellbeing. For more information about their work, check out: https://signhealth.org.uk/

The race track and other race details will be confirmed closer to the day. To buy yourself an entry, you can scan the QR code on this post or click on the link in our bio which will take you to our SU page. From there you can buyself yourself a fundraiser donation and show us proof of puchase on the day. We will also accept cash donations at the event.

Walk: Bower Ashton campus is a 30 min walk from the city centre. You can use the address City campus at Bower Ashton, Kennel Lodge Road, Bristol, BS3 2 JT in google maps to plan your route.

Drive: Parking is very limited and for permit holders only. Please ensure you have either an annual permit OR a pay daily permit on display in your windscreen, and only park within marked bays.
