All students are welcome to join the Green Team and drop in for a social and some gardening activities in the Community Garden at Glenside; the gardening activities will be run by UWE Grounds Team staff.
Both experienced and new gardeners can get involved and grow their own fruit and vegetables for free and work on making Frenchay Campus a fantastic home for wildlife.
Additionally, we will have smoothie bike out where you can blend your own smoothie on a bike and some herb seeds to plant and take home with you.
The Community Garden is fully wheelchair accessible and we are very welcoming of all abilities.
Make sure you wear practical clothes and footwear (wellies/walking boots or sturdy trainers), and check the weather beforehand so you can dress accordingly and be as comfortable as possible.
