How does PGR Representation work?
Lead PGR Rep - The Lead PGR Rep is the key cog that connects PGR students to the highest levels of academic representation. They represents PGR students across the University by attending key University level meetings such as Academic Board, Learning, Teaching and Student Experience Committee (LTSEC), Research and Knowledge Exchange Committee (RKEC) and Doctoral Academy Sub Committee (DASC).
College PGR Rep (1 per College) - The College PGR Reps connect PGR students at the College level to things that matter across multiple Schools. They are responsible for representing the PGR students within their College at key meetings by attending College Postgraduate Research Committee (CPGRC), in addition to College Research and Knowledge Exchange Committee (CRKEC) and Doctoral Academy Sub Committee (DASC).
School PGR Rep (1 per School) - The School PGR Reps are responsible for representing the PGR students within their School at key meetings.They attend College Postgraduate Research Committee (CPGRC) and occasionally School Boards of Studies (SBoS) when relevant PGR business arises.
