Pain, whether physical, emotional or both, is just so horrible to live with; so, would you like to find out it’s root cause and see if you can kick it into touch? If the answer is yes then come and meet Dawn, listen to her talk and arrange to see her one to one to find out if she can help to relieve your pain. At this talk Dawn will show you why most people have pain and how it can be overcome and “normality” resumed. If you have chronic pain she will still be able to offer help to relieve and tips on how to manage your pain and improve your quality of life. She will also show you how to improve your posture and maintain good back health, which is vital for your overall health.
One of Dawn’s patients, a UWE worker, when asked by Dawn what she should write in this brief said "no miracles, but one thing that could change your life!..." So, if you would like to find out more about this thing that could change your life, come along to her talk and demonstration Dawn is a registered Osteomyologist and runs her holistic health clinic in nearby Little Stoke, she treats all sorts of different types of pain, from the emotional to physical. She has many runners and athletes who regularly attend her clinic to keep match fit, she has people who sit in an office and know that their lifestyle impinges on their health so regularly keep on top of things by seeing her. She specialises in helping people reinstate their self-esteem and confidence, with a programme she has developed over nearly 20 years of helping people. So even if this has just peaked your interest just a little, come along to her talk, its free and you have nothing but a little time to lose and everything to gain!
