We are hosting the Big Yoga Session, which is in partnership with CAR for Eating Disorder Awareness Week. Join us for a free yoga session all about being a mindful and nurturing experience, followed by an optional short workshop on mindful eating.
For the yoga: mats are provided, please come in comfortable clothing, ALL fitness abilities welcome, all staff & students welcome
For the workshop: this will be an optional 30 minute workshop in the Dartington Suite after the Yoga, led by Mindfulness coach Christine Ramsay-Wade
