Pilates is a holistic exercise system designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the body to balance; so much more than just building a 'strong core' or 'perfect posture'. Exercises involve the whole body and are performed on a simple mat. Don't worry if you haven't ever done it before - just come along and enjoy this class taught by our great instructors, Samantha and Jacqui. These sessions are suitable for beginners and intermediates.
