WELCOME 2024: Climate Chats and Cake: 1pm - 2pm; Meeting Room 1, The Students' Union, Frenchay Campus; Climate Chats and Cake is a monthly session for UWE students to come together, meet like-minded students and hear inspiring stories.

WELCOME 2024: Reel Nature? Environmental Film Club – Film screening “2040”: 5pm - 7:30pm; Meeting Room 1, The Students' Union, Frenchay Campus; Join us for our film screening of “2040” to watch the tale of a father imaging a future for his daughter, one where the problems of climate change have been solved.

WELCOME 2024: Charity Shop Crawl: noon - 3pm; Gloucester Road - Meet at Frenchay Campus East Entrance Bus Stops; Join the Green Team and the LGBTQ+ Society for a Charity Shop Crawl where we will visit 13 different charity shops back to back on Gloucester Road!

WELCOME 2024: Glenside Community Garden Session and Social: noon - 2pm; Glenside Community Garden; All students are welcome to join the Green Team and drop in for a social and some gardening activities in the Community Garden at Glenside.

Fri 27th September

WELCOME 2024: Climate Convos and Crafts: noon - 2pm; A block shared space, Bower Ashton Campus; Come to talk about the Climate Crisis whilst crafting and find joy, power and community - all whilst being creative and discussing how we can build ourselves the future we deserve.

Sat 28th September

WELCOME 2024: Greenspace - Conservation Volunteering Day: 10am - 3pm; Splatts Abby Wood - Meet Outside The Students’ Union shop - Frenchay Campus; Do you love spending time outdoors in nature? Are you interested in wildlife and forestry conservation? If yes, then this is for you, even if you have never done anything related to conservation before - all abilities are welcome.
