Make A Sock Monkey- Glenside: noon - 2pm; The Hub - Glenside Campus; Make a stuffed monkey friend, and meet fellow students at the same time! We'll be using recycled materials to make sock monkeys, and answering your questions about the Students' Union. We have the tools, all you need to bring is an old pair of socks!

The Big Freshers' Welcome Party: 10pm - 3am; Union 2 Bar, Frenchay Campus; Get ready to kick off your university journey with the ultimate UWE Freshers Opening Party at The Students’ Union at UWE, with the UK's Hottest Dance Music All Night Long!

Sun 13th September

Bowling: 3pm - 6pm; King Pins; Ready to roll? Join your fellow students for an evening of strikes, spares, and serious bragging rights.

Disco Wonderland: 11pm - 4am; OMG Club; Mamma Mia, the ultimate ABBA celebration is back! After five years of completely sold-out tours, we are returning groovier than ever.

Mon 14th September

Campus Tour: International: 11am - 1pm; Outside P Block by the bench on Frenchay Campus; Join our friendly Global Buddies, who are current international students just like you, for a fun and informal tour of UWE Bristol’s Frenchay Campus!

Basement Rave w/ Diagnostix: 10pm - 3am; Basement 45; Pure D&B energy. An intimate crowd, a heavyweight sound system, and a huge headliner, Diagnostix!

Big Fat Freshers' Rave: 10pm - 3am; O2 Academy; The undisputed BIGGEST night of Freshers' Week. We’re dropping our biggest lineup yet with massive headliners taking over.

Tue 15th September

Glenside Freshers Fair: 11am - 3pm; The Hub, Glenside Campus; Come and meet us at the Nursing Society stand and ask questions at the Glenside Freshers Fair!

Triangle Tuesdays: 10pm - 3am; Multiple Venues; UWE Freshers' Week is taking control of the Clifton Triangle. Four venues. One massive total takeover. This is the official launch of your weekly Tuesday nights.

Wed 16th September

Plant Pot Decorating (Glenside): noon - 2pm; The Hub, Glenside; Dercorate a pot and plant some seeds!

Disco Day Party: 2pm - 10pm; The Lanes; Expect an afternoon of Disco, House and huge singalong dance classics as we turn The Lanes’ outdoor courtyard into a proper open-air party. Grab a cocktail, get outside and have a boogie in the sunshine. 🪩🌴

Bog Bristol: 6pm - 9pm; Clock Factory; You’ve seen the viral videos. You’ve stuck it on while revising, getting ready, or at parties. Now it’s your turn to experience Bristol’s famous party in a toilet for yourself.

DNB Rave w/ Kelvin 373 + Carasel: 10pm - 2am; Clock Factory; Freshers, welcome to the underground. We are taking over the iconic Clock Factory for a heavyweight night of pure Drum & Bass.

UK Garage Boat Party w/ Bvnquet: 10pm - 3am; Thekla; Garage on deck! Get ready for rolling basslines, two-steppin’ rhythms, and pure energy as we take over Bristol’s legendary party boat for a night of UKG-fuelled madness.

Gardening Social - Starting Block: 1pm - 3pm; UWE Frenchay Community Garden (Meet in the Frenchay SU); Help tidy up the community garden and plant some seeds for the Autumn term!

Women's Mario Kart Competition: 2pm - 4pm; Lower Engagement Space, Frenchay Union 1; Come along to meet your new Women's Welfare officer, chat and play in a light-hearted Mario Kart competition.

Anchor Thursdays: 6pm - midnight; The Anchor; Anchor Thursdays: Big tunes, cheap drinks, zero regrets. Your Freshers pub ritual starts tonight.

Questions of No Importance: 8pm - 11pm; Union 2 Bar, Frenchay Campus; Join us at The Students' Union at UWE for an evening of the most irrelevant questions and with literally no importance.

Drip: 10pm - 3am; PamPam; Get ready for a night of all your favourite hip hop, r&b, afrobeats and more!

Vikkstar: 10pm - 3am; O2 Academy; Rounding off your first week at UWE in legendary style. 👋 Join us for The Official Freshers’ Closing Party, featuring an exclusive DJ set from Sidemen creator and viral superstar Vikkstar.

Charity Shop Crawl: noon - 3pm; Gloucester Road (Meet outside UWE Frenchay SU); Explore the famous Gloucester Road and find some bargains!

6 Room Mega Rave w/ Friction, Koven, Skepsis & more.: 10pm - 4am; Lakota; BRISTOL FRESHERS, WELCOME TO THE BASS CAPITAL OF THE UK 🔊Your official rite of passage has arrived. We’re taking over the legendary Lakota complex for a 6-room mega rave featuring insane production, laser shows, wall-to-wall sound, and 50+ artists!

Dazed Disco: 11pm - 3am; Sixty Six; Bristols' biggest disco night, Dazed Disco, is back like never before at a brand new venue!
