Duties

Monitoring CCTV Activity and images for criminal or suspicious activity. Taking incoming and making outgoing telephone calls, liaising with customers, clients and security companies. Updating and reporting on clients recorded information and creating brief incident reports. Handling and management of alarms

Skills and Experience

You will be a great problem solver, with a keen eye for detail, you will have a professional telephone manner, wanting to provide the highest standard of customer service possible. The role would suit someone with call handling experience who is unafraid to multi-task

As a CCTV operator, there will be occasions where you will be reporting on criminal activity. We offer a £35 bonus to you should you successfully view a crime and forward the information onto the Emergency Services who subsequently make an arrest.
