Duties

Monitoring CCTV/ Intruder Activity for suspicious behaviour, Working closely with customers, receiving, and making outgoing telephone calls, Handling and management of alarms coming through to our Control Centre

Skills and Experience

We are looking for people that are good problem solvers, with a keen eye for detail, have a professional telephone manner and want to provide the highest standard of customer service possible
